Specifications: The authentic Mississippi paddlewheel steamboat reminds us of Mark Twain’s most famous characters, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Fin. They helped to shrink the vastness of America, and as showboats, they made that vastness a little less lonely. This popular plank-on-frame kit is now easier to build
than ever before. Molded wooden pieces help you shape the bow and
stern sections, and re-cut ribs and hardwood parts are included
for hull, deck and superstructure construction. Fittings include
brass chimney heads and decorations, brass ship's bell, steering
wheel, handrails and chain. Windows, doors and paddlewheels are
cast metal. Galvanized wire, brass cables and cotton rigging are
all provided along with brass pin nails. Illustrated instruction
book included..
