Return Policy If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for a full refund (minus original shipping costs)
within 10 days after the date of purchase with the following applicable
provisions: Damaged Merchandise Return Policy Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. Upon RCSM receiving the item back from the shipping company, we will promptly send out a replacement. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email our Customer Service department at customerservice@rcscalemodel.com immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw away anything! We will immediately file a claim with the shipping company and will make arrangements for the item to be picked up and returned to us. Upon RCSM receipt of the damaged merchandise, quality assurance inspection and inspection by shipping company (if required), steps will be taken to replace your damaged item. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself without first contacting RCSM, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim and you receiving credit for the returned, damaged merchandise. Return Address Will be given when you receive your RMA.
